Sorry about the Quality... I'm still learning how to convert and edit videos for the best quality. In a nutshell, this REPEATABLE glitch allows you to have either the Kokori Sword or the Master Sword when you start a brand new save file. Here's the short version: 1) Equip either the Master Sword or Biggoron Sword -1a) If you choose the Master Sword, you will start with the Kokori Sword, and if you choose the Biggoron Sword, you'll start with the Master Sword 2) Go to Hyrule Field 3) Call Epona 4) Get on Epona 5) WHILE ON Epona, Save then Quit 6) Start a BRAND NEW file Extra data I've found: As far as I can tell, with the little experimenting I've done, you can't get past Mido with the Master Sword, even if you buy and equip a Wooden Shield, because the "Sword Equipped" flag is not set in the code, through the Gear Subscreen. The only place that enemies appear in the Kokori Forest is after the Lost Woods, in that little maze area that leads to the Forest Temple. All that's there though, are Deku Scrubs, which can be taken out with one hit from the Kokori Sword, so my results were inconclusive. Once you get the Kokori Sword and equip it, the glitch fixes itself, but you can go and collect the Kokori sword without equipping it, and keep the Master Sword. I've also found that it's "safe" to save and quit the game, and when you reload the glitched save file, the glitched Master Sword is still available, as long as you don't equip any other sword.
